Forty-five minutes of arguably the most athletic type of yoga. It is a collaboration of a focus balancing on the mind, the breath and the body. It is a high-intensity yoga exercise that focuses on building strength and balance from the inside out. Open to women of all ages and all fitness levels. This class caters to intermediate and advanced. For beginners, poses will be adjusted according to flexibility.
