8 Weeks $300 + HST
This seventy-five minute complete body resistance training uses free weights. The session is collaboration of a five minute warm-up, then we work the largest muscle groups, moving into the smaller muscle groups. We isolate, repeat, and fatigue these six muscle groups therefore maximizing on building new muscle and definition. It's only when you start feeling like you can't lift anymore that you're actually building and changing your body. This class caters to all fitness levels for women of all ages!

RECRUITS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN MATS, WATER AND FREE WEIGHTS (DUMBELLS).
WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING:
BEGINNER: 1 LB AND 4/5 LBS WEIGHTS
INTERMEDIATE: 2 LBS AND 5 LBS WEIGHTS
ADVANCED: 3 LBS AND 7/8 LBS WEIGHTS
