These sessions are an explosive combination of everything fitness. It is a collaboration of all the camps offered in one session. 

We start off with one hour of boot-camp style sessions, followed by another hour and fifteen minutes of weight lifting using Reebok bars, plates and step to maximize on strength-building, mobility, and range. The session ends with an exhilarating yoga stretch.
