Tighten and slim your body, lift your butt, tone your arms in this seventy-five minute burn, consisting of intense cardio, paired with body-weight resistance training. This session includes core-strengthening, circuit training, sports conditioning, agility drills, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It ends in floor work: booty, abdominal & stretch.
